Seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their litigation department with the opportunity to progress your career. You will work as part of a team and support experienced Litigation Fee Earners in everyday tasks. This would suit an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary
Duties will include; typing letters and documents, dealing with queries, assisting with court forms, liaising with clients, other Solicitors, Counsel, arranging meetings and conferences.
You will need:
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Litigation Legal Secretary,
- Good typing skills,
- Good communication and IT skills,
- The ability to work on own initiative and prioritise a busy workload.
- Flexibility and willingness to help out, e.g. covering reception occasionally.
