Caroline Wilson LL.B
Caroline leads the Private Client Department and provides a bespoke service to both private and commercial clients. She obtained her Law Degree at the University of Dundee and qualified from Queens University Belfast in 2003. She has extensive experience in private client work including residential conveyancing as well as estate planning and probate. Her wide-ranging case load ranges from commercial conveyancing to site development and asset sales.
Having been involved in lender services for over 10 years, Caroline also has a proven track record in servicing the needs of lenders and financial institutions She has developed considerable expertise in the areas of volume mortgagee sales, title rectification, mortgage fraud, solicitor and valuer negligence as well as claims under the Consumer Credit.
Caroline has been on the Board of the Cathedral Quarter Arts Festival since 2008. She founded and runs Belfast Cookbook Club and writes a food blog for Forestside Shopping Centre and Discover NI.
