Kathy was educated at The Queen's University Belfast and Manchester University. In addition to this Kathy has lectured at University of Ulster for 25 years. Kathy heads an extensive Banking Litigation team and has built a wealth of experience and expertise. She has acted in a series of high profile Intellectual Property Litigation cases and has invaluable experience in a wide range of litigation.

Kathy also sits on the Enforcement of Judgments Office Panel and is a member of the Northern Ireland Employment Lawyers Group and the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association.
